      We cordially invite you to participate in the 26th Annual Turner Syndrome Society educational conference in Dallas, TX from July 12-14, 2013. This year our theme is “Boot Scootin Fun”. With an expected attendance of 700 people, what better place to celebrate than the Lone Star state.

The exhibitor fee is $1000 to display your services and/or company information at the event.  This will provide you with up to two skirted tables, standard size, for the duration of the conference.

The following sponsorships are available:

Children’s Program

-       Banner displayed at registration

-       Posters with logo displayed in all children’s rooms

-       T-shirts with logo for all children to wear

-       Exhibitor display (2 tables) for conference duration

-       Logo printed on registration packet

-       Logo link on website

Registration Bags

-       Company logo on bag tags (one for each conference attendee)

-       2 Posters with logo (displayed at registration and meals)

Healthy Heart Project (Free EKG for women and girls with TS)

-       Banner displayed at the Healthy Heart sign in

Total cost $6,000

Saturday evening entertainment

-       Banner displayed on stage during dinner/entertainment

-       Logo place cards on every table at dinner

1st Timers Welcome Meeting

Fashion Show

 Applications must be received by June 1, 2013.

If you are not able to participate as an exhibitor at the conference, a donation would be greatly appreciated. We hope to see you in Dallas.
